Champion for Change

For the past 15 years, Tom Fischer has poured his heart into Rogue Retreat— as a board member, a volunteer, and donor. His commitment goes far beyond leadership; it’s a personal mission to create hope and change for those experiencing homelessness.

Tom first joined Rogue Retreat with a simple desire: to help. Over the years, that desire has turned into an unwavering dedication to the people and programs that make a real difference. Whether he’s shaping policies in the boardroom, rolling up his sleeves at volunteer events, or personally investing in the organization’s future, Tom is always leading by example.

What drives him? A firm belief that everyone deserves a second chance. “I’ve seen lives completely transform through Rogue Retreat,” he explains. “I’m an optimist. I believe in trying things out, seeing what works, and always looking for ways to improve. That’s how we create lasting change.”

Fifteen years is more than a commitment—it’s a legacy. And Tom’s impact will be felt for years to come.
