SHELTERS

Community Living

Community Living at Rogue Retreat offers safe, supportive environments where individuals experiencing homelessness can stabilize and begin rebuilding their lives. Across our shelters and shared living communities, guests find dignity, structure, peer support, and consistent guidance from caring staff. Each site meets people where they are, providing immediate safety, essential services, and a clear path toward long-term housing and independence.

Kelly Shelter

The Kelly Shelter is a 95-bed congregate shelter offering temporary relief for individuals experiencing homelessness, including 18 beds dedicated to our medical respite program. Residents stay for an initial six months in a safe, stable environment while working toward permanent housing.

Each guest is paired with a dedicated case manager who meets weekly to set goals and create a personalized plan, providing targeted support to overcome barriers.

The shelter also offers essential services, including nutritious meals, showers, and laundry facilities. By meeting immediate needs and fostering stability, the Kelly Shelter empowers residents to regain independence and move toward lasting housing solutions.

Rogue Retreat Crossings

Rogue Retreat Crossings is a 160-bed urban campground offering a structured pathway for individuals experiencing homelessness to achieve stability and self-sufficiency. The program operates in three phases: tents, non-congregate shelters, and a village.

  • Tents: Residents receive immediate, safe shelter while accessing essential services and beginning to rebuild their lives.
  • Non-Congregate Shelters: This phase offers more privacy and stability, with weekly case management and increased support to help residents work toward their goals.
  • Village: Residents move into small individual units after achieving 30 days clean and sober. The village emphasizes community building, peer support, and a sense of belonging.

Throughout all phases, peer support is central, with individuals who have experienced homelessness and/or addiction offering guidance, empathy, and motivation.

Through its phased approach and focus on peer mentorship, Crossings empowers residents to transition from homelessness to stability, fostering hope, resilience, and lasting independence.

Hope Village

Hope Village is a 38-unit tiny house community providing a stable, supportive environment for individuals transitioning out of homelessness. Each resident has a private living space while sharing kitchen, laundry, and living areas, fostering both independence and community.

Every resident is paired with a case manager to set goals, access resources, and navigate the path to self-sufficiency. The program also includes financial education and a small monthly participation fee, helping residents build practical money management skills for long-term stability.

By combining private homes, shared community spaces, personalized support, and financial skill-building, Hope Village empowers residents to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.
