The Kelly Shelter is a vital congregate homeless shelter with a capacity of 115 beds, designed to provide temporary relief and support to individuals experiencing homelessness. This shelter operates on an initial six-month timeline, offering residents a stable and secure environment while they work towards permanent housing solutions.
Rogue Retreat Crossings is an innovative urban campground with a 150-bed capacity, offering a structured pathway for individuals experiencing homelessness to achieve stability and self-sufficiency. This unique facility operates through three distinct phases: tents, non-congregate shelter, and a village.
Hope Village is a transformative tiny house community consisting of 38 units, designed to provide a stable and supportive environment for individuals transitioning out of homelessness. Each tiny house offers a private living space while the community shares kitchen, laundry, and living areas, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among residents.

The Redwood is a visionary Project Turnkey initiative designed to provide crucial support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. It features 21 medical respite spaces specifically tailored for those needing safe and sanitary environments to heal. These spaces offer a refuge for individuals recovering from medical conditions, providing the stability and care necessary for their recuperation.
Rogue Retreat is dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery by offering specialized shared housing options. We manage three key facilities for women and men transitioning from inpatient alcohol and drug addiction programs or the Kelly Shelter, helping them address personal barriers and work towards self-sufficiency
Rogue Retreat is dedicated to enhancing affordable housing in the Rogue Valley through our diverse apartment complexes. In collaboration with the Housing Authority of Jackson County, we manage 23 subsidized one- and two-bedroom apartments in Medford and Central Point, Oregon, ensuring that affordable living options are available to those in need. Additionally, we own 21 unsubsidized affordable housing units in Medford, further extending our commitment to accessible housing.
