AmeriCorps Members Join Rogue Retreat for a Summer of Service

This summer, Rogue Retreat is proud to welcome six AmeriCorps members who are dedicating 11 weeks of national service to strengthening our programs and supporting the people we serve.

Working alongside staff across our organization, these team members will expand access to life skills classes, workforce development, volunteer engagement, and our community gardens. Their work will help bring more services directly to participants while creating new opportunities for volunteers to get involved.

From helping someone build a resume and prepare for employment, to growing fresh produce for meals served at Kelly Shelter, Redwood, and The Crossings, each AmeriCorps member plays an important role in helping participants move toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

We’re also excited to celebrate Emmett, who recently accepted a full-time Administrative Assistant position with Social Enterprises after volunteering with Rogue Retreat since 2024. Emmett will continue supporting workforce development activities while helping build and strengthen our AmeriCorps program.

Together, they’re helping build stronger programs, stronger partnerships, and more opportunities for the people we serve!

Please join us in welcoming this outstanding team!
